SHIPPING

Order Processing & Fulfillment All orders — including made-to-order artwork and print-on-demand products — are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days of order placement. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate notification with tracking information when it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. BR Home Goods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays Carrier delays, weather events, and peak-season volume can affect delivery timelines. We will communicate any known delays as promptly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@brhomegoods.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Deliveries If your order arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging and the item before discarding anything and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Split Shipments If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment sources, your items may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not collected by BR Home Goods.

Affiliate-Product Shipping Products purchased through third-party affiliate links on our website are shipped and fulfilled directly by the originating retailer. Shipping timelines, methods, and policies for those items are determined by that retailer. Please contact them directly for shipping inquiries.
